NTI Racing Current/Prior Season Results

If you are wondering how well Chuck and/or Ramona (who was a co-driver from 2005 through 2007) have been doing this season, or in any of the prior seasons, then you came to the right place. All races where one or the other of the NTI Racing team drivers have finished either 1st, 2nd or 3rd are shown here.

During the Y2K season, Chuck managed to attain some VERY positive results. After running 9+ races he scored enough top finishes to take home the championship honors in the Oregon Region SCCA ITE road racing class. In 2001 his race car was upgraded with some extra expensive horse power and he ran a short test and tune season. Visit the 2001 Racing Log/Stories page to find out more. The 2002 season started with a fresh 385ci engine which really rocked. Unfortunately a few gremlins reared their ugly heads just often enough to keep Chuck from regaining the Oregon Region SCCA championship in ITE. But, Chuck placed first in class and overall in SF Region SCCA ITE class at the 25th Annual Pacific Coast Road Racing Championships at Thunderhill Park, Willows, CA in 2002. During 2003 Chuck took first, second or third in every race he finished. Not too shabby huh? Due to major redesigns and an engine rebuild during 2004/2005, Chuck ran a short 2004 season in a Spec Miata for fun, of all things. That might explain the gap in "2004 Season Podiums", something that's very difficult to score in a Miata without running 10 or more races usually.

In 2005 both Chuck and Ramona teamed up to form NTI Racing and the 1995 Camaro was back with a newly rebuilt 391 cubic inch Chevy LT4 V8. Ramona ran the new wheels in several autocrosses, "time trials" and a Novice race or two. Chuck raced at as many west coast SCCA Regional races as time and funds allowed. He managed to nail down yet another Oregon Region SCCA championship in the ITE class in 2005.
